Choose from our 4 Traditional Finnish Saunas or our Infared

Experience the heat the Finnish way. Four of our saunas are heated by a rock-filled stove and maintained at temperatures above 170°F, offering the intense, purifying warmth that defines a true Finnish sauna. You’re invited to create Löyly—the sacred steam—by ladling water over the hot rocks. Your session is enhanced with our house-curated essential oils for an aromatic infusion.

Sauna your way and choose our infared sauna–step into deep warmth that works from the inside out. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, our infrared sauna uses gentle light waves to penetrate the skin and warm the body directly. This creates a soothing, therapeutic heat that supports circulation, eases muscle tension, and promotes detoxification—all while staying comfortable.

Cold Water Immersion (coming soon) or Waterfall Splash

A vital part of your session, cold water immersion offers a powerful contrast to the heat of the sauna. By alternating between hot and cold, you activate circulation, support muscle recovery, and awaken the nervous system—leaving you feeling refreshed, energized, and deeply restored.

GOING TO THE SUN

Perched on the upper level of our studio, Going-to-the-Sun is a versatile, free-standing sauna clad in aromatic Western red cedar. This hybrid sauna offers two distinct modes of heat: the penetrating warmth of infrared technology or the intense, enveloping heat of a traditional rock heater.

When using infrared, the sauna provides a gentler, lower-temperature experience (149°F to 167°F), warming the body from the inside out. Infrared therapy is known to support reduced inflammation, relief from chronic pain, and deep stress reduction.

This sauna also features chromotherapy—or color therapy—which uses specific wavelengths of light to gently stimulate the body and mind, enhancing emotional balance and physical well-being. Going-to-the-Sun invites you to restore, reflect, and rise renewed.
