Sauna Memberships

Live boldly. Sweat regularly. Thrive naturally.

At The Source Spa, sauna is more than heat—it’s a healing rhythm. Our memberships are designed to help you build a consistent wellness practice, because real transformation happens through regular use. “Frequent sauna bathing (4–7x/week) is associated with lower cardiovascular and all-cause mortality.” JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015.

Scientific research supports sauna use 3–4 times per week for the most significant results:

Improved cardiovascular health

Reduced inflammation and stress

Better sleep, recovery, and mental clarity
